Iowa Admin. Code r. 27-2.1 - Scope
This chapter governs the conduct of business by the state soil conservation and water quality committee. Rule-making proceedings held as part of committee meetings and contested case proceedings involving the committee are consistent with Iowa Code chapter 17A.
