Iowa Admin. Code r. 281-41.100 - Eligibility for assistance
To be eligible for assistance under Part B of the Act for a fiscal year, the state shall submit a plan that provides assurances to the Secretary that the state has in effect policies and procedures to ensure that the state meets the conditions in rules 281-41.101 (256B, 34CFR300) to 281-41.176 (256B).
