Iowa Admin. Code r. 281-41.119 - Technical assistance and training activities

The state shall carry out activities to ensure that teachers and administrators in all public agencies are fully informed about their responsibilities for implementing rule 281-41.114 (256B, 34CFR300 ) and are provided with technical assistance and training necessary to assist them in this effort. If a public agency is having difficulty in locating an appropriate placement for an eligible individual, the public agency may contact the department for potential assistance.
