Iowa Admin. Code r. 281-41.122 - Evaluation
Children with disabilities must be evaluated in accordance with rules 281-41.300 (256B, 34CFR300) to 281-41.313 (256B, 34CFR300 ), and each AEA shall develop and use procedures to implement those rules.
