Iowa Admin. Code r. 281-41.804 - Eligibility
A state is eligible for a grant under Section 619 of the Act if the state is eligible under Section 612 of the Act to receive a grant under Part B of the Act and makes FAPE available to all children with disabilities, aged three through five, residing in the state.
