Iowa Admin. Code r. 283-15.6 - Criteria for maintaining eligible program status
The following criteria shall be used in the certification process.
(1) By providing student data
in a form and manner prescribed by the college student aid commission, the
eligible institution shall demonstrate the eligible program , upon completion,
leads to employment and not primarily to transfer to baccalaureate degree
programs. The college student aid commission, the department of workforce
development, and the Iowa department of education shall jointly determine
employment outcomes, including wage thresholds.
