Iowa Admin. Code r. 351-4.58 - Late-filed campaign disclosure reports
A campaign disclosure report is deemed filed late if it is not received by the board on or before the date and time the report is mandated to be filed pursuant to statute or board rule.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 68B.32A(8).
