Iowa Admin. Code r. 351-8.9 - Executive branch lobbyist client reporting

(1) Place of filing. Executive branch lobbyist client reports shall be electronically filed with the general assembly through the general assembly's website at www, legis.iowa.gov/Lobbyist/onlineFiling.aspx.
(2) Time of filing. An executive branch lobbyist client report shall be filed on or before July 31 unless the due date is extended by the general assembly.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 68B.38.
