Iowa Admin. Code r. 371-6.7 - Fraud and misrepresentation
Should any individual enter an animal or article in a name other than that of a bona fide owner or attempt to perpetrate a fraud by misrepresenting any fact, the entry shall not be allowed to compete for or receive any premium.
