Iowa Admin. Code r. 441-31.4 - Grievances

Any individual who believes the individual's rights have been violated or who has a complaint concerning the individual's treatment may file a grievance using a form approved by the facility administrator The individual's family or guardian may file a grievance on behalf of the individual by submitting the grievance in writing to the facility administrator This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code chapter 229A.
