Iowa Admin. Code r. 441-45.23 - [Effective 7/1/2025] Held warrants
A warrant may be held by the department only in the following instances:
(1) The recipient's
whereabouts is unknown.
(2) The
recipient is not in the home due to an emergency and it is not known who will
be serving as emergency payee.
