Iowa Admin. Code r. 441-50.4 - [Effective 7/2/2025] Reviews
(1) Any eligibility
factor will be reviewed whenever a change in circumstances occurs.
(2) All eligibility factors will be reviewed
at least annually.
(3) For purposes
of an annual review to be performed by the department, the client shall
complete and return a form prescribed by the department.
