Iowa Admin. Code r. 441-95.24 - [Effective until 4/1/2025] Child support account
The child support recovery unit shall maintain a child support account for each client. The account, representing money due the department, shall cover all periods of time public assistance has been paid, commencing with the date of the assignment. The child support recovery unit will not maintain an interest-bearing account.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code chapter 252C.
