Iowa Admin. Code r. 441-98.2 - [Effective until 4/1/2025] Provision of services
The child support recovery unit shall provide medical support services to public assistance and nonpublic assistance recipients of child support services. Unless good cause has been established, recipients of public assistance are required to cooperate with the child support recovery unit as a condition of eligibility as prescribed in rule 441-75.14 (249A).
