Iowa Admin. Code r. 481-10.28 - Recording costs

The division may provide a copy of the audio recording of the hearing or a printed transcript of the hearing when a record of the hearing is requested. The cost of providing the recording or preparing the transcript shall be paid by the requesting party.

Parties who request that a hearing be recorded by certified shorthand reporters shall bear the cost, unless otherwise provided by law.
