Iowa Admin. Code r. 481-10.5 - Notices of hearing
(1)
Responsibility for issuance of notice of hearing and the manner of service
shall be resolved by agreement between the division and the transmitting
agency .
(2) Notices of hearing
shall contain the information required by Iowa Code subsection
17A.12(2) and
any additional information required by statute or rule. Notices shall be served
by first-class mail, unless otherwise required by statute or rule, or agreed
pursuant to subrule 10.5(1).
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 17A.12(1) and 17A.12(2).
