Excluded nonnarcotic
products. The board hereby excludes from all schedules the current
list of excluded nonnarcotic products identified in
21 CFR §
1308.22.
(2)
Exempt substances. With
the exception of listed butalbital products, the board hereby excludes from all
schedules the current list of exempted prescription products identified in
21 CFR §
1308.32.
