Iowa Admin. Code r. 481-571.1 - [Effective 4/9/2025] Establishment of fees
The board is self-supporting through the collection of fees and does not receive an appropriation from the general fund. Pursuant to Iowa Code section 147.80, the department is required to annually prepare an estimate of projected revenues and expenses to ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover projected expenses. The department shall establish fees by rule in accordance with Iowa Code section 147.80.
(1) In addition to the fees specified in this
rule, an applicant shall incur a service charge for submitting payments
online.
(2) All fees are
nonrefundable.
