Iowa Admin. Code r. 481-943.4 - Responsibilities of licensees
Licensees are responsible for:
1. Their own station areas;
2. Holding a current and active license issued by the
board of barbering and cosmetology arts and sciences; and
3. Ensuring that they do not exceed their scope of
practice.
