Iowa Admin. Code r. 481-980.9 - License reinstatement

A licensee whose license has been revoked, suspended, or voluntarily surrendered must apply for and receive board-approved reinstatement of the license and must apply for and be granted reactivation of the license prior to practicing as a nursing home administrator in this state.
