Iowa Admin. Code r. 489-4.6 - Annual program report
The child advocacy board shall issue an annual report to the general assembly, the governor and the supreme court. The report shall provide information about the number of volunteers providing service through the court appointed special advocate program, the number of children served by the program, and the benefits children and their families have obtained from the program.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 17A.3 and 237.18.
