Iowa Admin. Code r. 491-6.9 - Licensed employees moving from one location to another
(1) Once an applicant obtains an occupational
license from the commission and is in good standing, the applicant is eligible
to work at any of the facilities in the state of Iowa.
(2) When a facility hires a person who is
already in possession of a current occupational license, a list of the
person(s) hired must be filed weekly with the local commission office before
the person(s) begins working. The list should contain the license number, name,
social security number, and birth date of each person hired.
