Iowa Admin. Code r. 531-14.7 - [Rescinded effective 3/26/2025] Expiration of MVM licenses
An MVM license is valid until it expires, is terminated by a change of circumstances, is surrendered by the licensee, or is revoked by the lottery. An MVM license that does not have an expiration date will continue indefinitely until it is surrendered, revoked, or terminated by a change in circumstances.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code Supplement sections 99G.9(3), 990.21(2), 99G.24(3), and 99G.27.
