Iowa Admin. Code r. 531-2.6 - [Rescinded effective 3/26/2025] Blanket purchase agreements
If the lottery foresees a requirement for frequent purchases of off-the-shelf items, the lottery may establish blanket purchase agreements. A blanket purchase agreement is a formally approved charge account that is designed to reduce paperwork and the number of checks issued. Blanket purchase agreements are subject to the competitive bidding requirements previously outlined where applicable.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code Supplement sections 99G.7, 99G.9, 99G.21, and 99G.23.
