Iowa Admin. Code r. 531-5.18 - [Rescinded effective 3/26/2025] Withdrawals
A party requesting a contested case proceeding may withdraw that request prior to the hearing only in accordance with agency rules. Unless otherwise provided, a withdrawal shall be with prejudice.
