(1) Inquiries as to procedures may be
directed to any appeal board member or the executive secretary at the telephone
numbers given.
(2) Written
inquiries may be addressed to any one of the members at their respective
offices, all of which are located in the State Capitol Building, Des Moines,
Iowa 50319.
