Iowa Admin. Code r. 567-115.25 - Variance from design, construction, and operation standards

Pursuant to the authority of Iowa Code section 455B303., a variance from the specific requirements of rules 115.14(455B) to 115.25(455B) may be issued, modified, or denied by the director. The request shall also include any supporting information to be considered by the director in the formulation of a decision.
