Iowa Admin. Code r. 567-22.4 - Special requirements for major stationary sources located in areas designated attainment or unclassified (PSD)
As applicable, the owner or operator of a stationary source shall comply with the rules for prevention of significant deterioration (PSD) as set forth in 567-Chapter 33. An owner or operator required to apply for a construction permit under this rule shall submit all required fees as required in 567-Chapter 30.
