Iowa Admin. Code r. 571-44.20 - Insurance
The sponsoring entity for a fireworks display shall provide proof of liability insurance naming the applicant and the department as an additional insured in the sum of not less than $1 million. The department may, at its discretion, require a greater amount. Insurance information shall be available at the time the application is submitted.
