Iowa Admin. Code r. 591-3.8 - Action on petition
(1) Within the
time allowed by Iowa Code section
17A.9(5),
after receipt of a petition for a declaratory order, the board or designee
shall take action on the petition as required by Iowa Code section
17A.9(5).
(2) The date of issuance of an order or of a
refusal to issue an order is as defined in
591-17.2 (17
A).
