Iowa Admin. Code r. 605-9.2 - Iowa Emergency Response Plan
The Iowa Emergency Response Plan is developed in accordance with Iowa Code section 29C.8 and has been adopted, published, and maintained by the department. This plan details the state government response to a wide range of natural, technological or human-caused disasters.
1. A digital copy of this
plan will be provided to the state library located in the Ola Babcock Miller
Building, 1112 East Grand Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa.
2. This plan shall be distributed to state
agencies and departments that have been assigned emergency functions and to all
local emergency management agencies.
3. The Iowa Emergency Response Plan serves as
the state disaster emergency response document.
4. This plan shall be available for public
view at the Homeland Security and Emergency Management Department, 7900 Hickman
Road, Suite 500, Windsor Heights, Iowa.
