The section shall administer the sexual abuse examination program as provided in Iowa Code section 915.41. That Iowa Code section states in part that the cost of a medical examination for the purpose of gathering evidence and the cost of treatment for the purpose of preventing sexually transmitted disease and preventing pregnancy shall be borne by the department of justice.
