Iowa Admin. Code r. 621-2.1 - Hearing-time and place-administrative law judge

A member of the board or an administrative law judge shall fix the time and place for all hearings. Hearings may be conducted by the board, or by one or more of its members, or by an administrative law judge designated by the board. At their discretion the board or administrative law judge may order a prehearing conference.
