For the purposes of the annual reports and data compilation required in Iowa Code sections 10A.725 and 10A.727, the department will utilize the AHA Annual Survey of Hospitals with the state survey addendum for hospitals and the cost reports for health care facilities submitted to the Medicaid enterprise of the department of health and human services.
