Iowa Admin. Code r. 641-40.101 - Notifications and reports to individuals
(1) Requirements for notification and reports
to individuals of exposure to radiation or radioactive material are specified
in
641-40.112 (136C).
(2) When a licensee or
registrant is required pursuant to 40.97(136C), 40.98(136C), or 40.100(136C) to
report to the agency any exposure of an identified occupationally exposed
individual , or an identified member of the public , to radiation or radioactive
material , the licensee or registrant shall also provide a copy of the report
submitted to this agency to the individual . Such notice shall be transmitted at
a time not later than the transmittal to the agency , and shall comply with the
provisions of 40.112(1).
