Iowa Admin. Code r. 641-40.84 - Records of prior occupational dose
(1) The licensee or registrant shall retain
the records of prior occupational dose and exposure history as specified in
40.19(136C) until the agency terminates each pertinent license or registration
requiring this record. The licensee or registrant shall retain records used in
preparing the record required in 40.84(136C) for three years after the record
is made.
(2) Upon termination of
the license or registration, the licensee or registrant shall permanently store
records required in 40.84(136C) or shall make provisions with the agency for
transfer to the agency .
