Each school shall keep a daily class record of each student, showing the hours devoted to the respective subjects, time devoted by a student to each subject, the total number of hours in attendance, and days present and absent. These records shall be subject to inspection by the board of barbering or a representative of the board and shall be retained for two years after the graduation date.
