(1) Iowa physician health committee . Pursuant to the authority of Iowa Code section 272C.3(1) "k," the board establishes the Iowa physician health committee .
(2) Iowa physician health program . To assist in executing its duties under Iowa Code section 272C.3(1) "k," the committee establishes the Iowa physician health program . The program shall operate under the direction of the committee and shall be supervised by the executive director of the board .
