Iowa Admin. Code r. 657-29.1 - [Rescinded effective 7/16/2025] Selling of goods or services by members of the board
The board members shall not sell, either directly or indirectly, any goods or services to individuals, associations, or corporations that are subject to the regulatory authority of the board of pharmacy except as authorized by these rules.
