Iowa Admin. Code r. 657-35.37 - Dissemination of public records
All documents identified in this chapter as permanent public records open for inspection under Iowa Code chapter 22 are reported to national databanks in accordance with applicable reporting requirements. In addition, these documents may be posted on the board's Web site, published in the board's newsletter, distributed to national or state associations, transmitted to mailing lists or news media, issued in conjunction with a press release, or otherwise disseminated.
