Iowa Admin. Code r. 657-37.21 - [Rescinded effective 7/16/2025] Record retention

The PMP shall retain all reported prescriptions, all records of access to or query of PMP information, and all information distributed to practitioners in proactive notifications for a minimum of four years from the date of the record.
