(1)
Name
badge. A pharmacy support person shall wear a name badge or other form
of identification while on duty which clearly identifies the person as a
pharmacy support person.
(2)
Misrepresentation prohibited. A pharmacy support person shall
not, in any manner, represent himself or herself as a pharmacist, a
pharmacist-intern, or a pharmacy technician.
