Iowa Admin. Code r. 661-159.60 - Grant program established

The department authorizes each participating jurisdiction to create a grant program account for the purpose of accepting public and private grant funds, gifts and donations to support the 24/7 program of the participating jurisdiction. The funds in the account shall be considered public funds and shall be subject to the rules and policies of the state auditor's office.
