Iowa Admin. Code r. 661-211.1 - Scope
The provisions of this chapter apply to new and existing single-family residences, single-family rental units, and multiple-unit residential buildings. The provisions of this chapter do not apply to nonresidential occupancies including but not limited to Group I and Group E occupancies.
