Iowa Admin. Code rr. 661-265.10 - Consumer fireworks fee fund

All fees received from the licenses issued for the retail sale of consumer fireworks and the annual registration fees received from wholesalers of consumer fireworks will be deposited into the consumer fireworks fee fund pursuant to Iowa Code section 10A.519. The department will use the fees deposited into this fund to fulfill the responsibilities of the department for the administration and enforcement of Iowa Code sections 10A.519 and 10A.520.
