Iowa Admin. Code r. 661-550.3 - Organization
The electrical inspection section shall be headed by a chief electrical inspector. Reporting directly to the chief electrical inspector shall be electrical inspector supervisors, each of whom shall head a unit which shall include a number of electrical inspectors assigned by the chief electrical inspector. Each unit supervisor may designate electrical inspectors as lead workers with the approval of the chief electrical inspector and consistent with any applicable rules of the department of administrative services.
