Iowa Admin. Code r. 661-600.8 - Contracts

The board may enter into contracts with other entities to carry out tasks in pursuit of the board's purpose. Any such contract shall be entered into subject to approval of the legal counsel to the board and shall comply with the rules of the department of administrative services and any other applicable state laws regarding purchases by state agencies.
