Iowa Admin. Code r. 681-4.68 - Registration
Vehicles shall be registered as follows:
(1)
Students. Every motor
vehicle and motorcycle which is operated or maintained by a student within
Black Hawk County, Iowa, which may, at any time, use university parking
facilities, must be registered with the university and a registration permit be
displayed on the vehicle in the manner prescribed by the supervisor Any student
who operates or maintains a motor vehicle or motorcycle in Black Hawk County or
who owns a vehicle which is so operated or maintained and which may, at any
time, use university parking facilities, is responsible for the proper
registration of such vehicle and the display of the registration permit
thereon.
(2)
Employees. Motor vehicles and motorcycles owned or operated by
employees may be registered with the university if the employee so desires, but
registration of such vehicles is not required unless the employee desires
parking privileges on the campus . A registration permit may be issued for
display on vehicles registered by employees.
(3)
Procedure. Applications
for registration shall be submitted to the supervisor in the manner prescribed
by the supervisor No student shall register any vehicle owned or actually
maintained by another student .
