Iowa Admin. Code r. 761-401.10 - Refund of fees

No refund of fees for special or personalized registration plates shall be allowed unless the plates were issued in error or in conflict with the statutes or rules governing their issuance.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 307.12(1) "j" and 321.34.
