Iowa Admin. Code r. 761-615.20 - Suspension for moving violation during driving probation

The department may suspend the license of a person convicted of a moving violation pursuant to Iowa Code section 321.210C. The suspension period shall be equal in duration to the original period of suspension, revocation or bar, or for one year, whichever is the shorter period.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 321.210C.
